PZI Beef Insulin for Cats - (in-su-lin) - Hormone
 
Made with 100% Bovine (Beef) Insulin
 
Uses - Our PZI is 100% derived from bovine insulin and it is combined with zinc and protamine to provide an intermediate-acting dose. PZI insulin is commonly used for managing diabetes in cats. Bovine insulin is very similar in composition to feline insulin and believed the reason for it effectiveness in cats. 
 
Pet Owner Info:
(1) Keep insulin away from temperature extremes.
(2) Allow insulin to come to room temperature in syringe before injecting.
(3)Roll vial between palms, do not shake before withdrawing into a syringe.
(4) Use the proper syringe size with insulin concentration. e.g., U-40 syringe with 40iu/mL Insulin.
