Ronidazole - (roe-nid-ah-zole) - Antiprotozoal Uses - Ronidazole is a nitroimidazole antibiotic / antiparasitic medication that seems to be helpful in treating Tritrichomonas foetus infections in felines. In addition Ronidazole has been helpful in treating Trichomonas infections in birds.
Avian - Can also be helpful in treating giardiasis in avian species.
